How do you find a good one?
You go around to porn sites you think are quality, then you look at their webmaster page... and then do a backround check on them... i.e. forums and people you know and see if they pay on time.
that should be enough to find a "quality" sponsorI like turtles. -

check ur traffic, then check what isnt being promoted with it and do thatif you need more than 3 clicks to get to a join page, something is wrong ;)

Just check if they pay, and if that's ok next thing you do is test test test... not everything works perfect with your traffic.
