Its not all that secretive if you can work the goggle machine,and you can take some advice in some old threads.
Theres plenty of info here if you do a search,and read some good threads like this one.

Really? There are many techniques that aren't well known, That work wonders. If the info is already here, Why aren't you reading it? Not trying to be a dick, I just don't understand why people make threads for such a broad question.
