It all depends what you are using it for. From a business usage standpoint, it rocks. Very easy to use. Full of nice well thoughtout features. I was using BlackBerry before and I do not regret the switch. Broadband EV-DO network is a must, especially since the Verizon network is the best, at least so far.

Like all Microsoft products Windows Mobile 5.0 sucks cock!! I have both the Samsung i730 with Windows and Treo 650 with Palm. Palm OS is by far better.
