Pasted from a previous post, about how an "NDA" might work in this business with some company:

Quote:
1. Don't disclose skim.
2. Don't disclose the "original idea" is being used for all other clients.
3. Don't disclose we're photoshopping 1998 content for re-issue in a new "original" site.
4. Don't disclose we have no idea what the client's infrastructure is, but we'll sell them on a 1999 solution.
5. Don't disclose that our internal staffing changes faster than the seasons.
6. Don't disclose that our actual raw click to join page ratio is really shitty.
7. Don't disclose our designer was outsourced or was just hired from McDonalds because (s)he's the only one with some version of Adobe's web developer / photoshop suite.
8. Don't disclose that some internal people have deep ties to others in the industry, and when we push "You have to use [so and so's] plugin in your site" to the client, that said plugin isn't a piece of shit from 1999.
9. Don't disclose you work for us.
10. And, by all means, do not post the NDA on any board.
And with that, here's the update:

Quote:
11. All sorts of drama aside, in the end, what's make YOU the most money is what counts.
I'm poor and worthless, but I can even understand my place in the world and how #11 makes the most sense.
