How was InterNext for you this year????

Well, i thought it was the worst show ever....altough we had a fantastic show and interest at WorldWideContent and WorldWideFeeds booth. It just that we Internext show floor was very very slow. This is all because AVN decided to have AEE show at the same time as Internext and during the same time as CES. If AVN has the InterNext in 2007 again during the same times as the other huge shows, we will NOT have a booth. Too many shows at the same time....and i am hearing rumors AVN will have the InterNext next year sometimes in March??? Which is 1 week before the Phoenix Forum....thats another bad idea....cant AVN get their dates for InterNext at the right times to be successful again?

I found everyone I was looking for so it didn't matter to me. However, I did feel it was the smallest internext so far. ..... I thought internet porn was supposed to be getting bigger than the pro world. Why is the show so much smaller?

Show floor SUCKED, parties were good, ya there moving internext to the first week of march right before Phoenix in 2007, FUCK THAT, phoenix is a way better show

Maybe the companies, but webmasters, not really. I know tons of people who didn't go that usually go EVERY year. We were actually going to get a small booth this year, something we have never done before, I'm glad we didn't. Hell, we didn't even go. Phoenix is a much better show to meet new people, as are the other smaller shows. GFY puts on a great show, and I've heard JBM did a good job its first time around as well.

The good thing about having internext 1 week before phoenix forum is it makes long haul international journeys worthwhile & staying that extra week for.

On a personal note I'd like to see AVN get the fuck out of internext altogether and leave it to the companies that really do care about this business and the people.

it was a ghost town for sure on the floor.also since all the shows went at the same time,getting around was impossible!!!! long taxi lines..traffic... too many people everywhere. it was mos def the worst year ever.

I got the opportunity to talk with people that are going to make a huge impact on my programs in 2006 and beyond, and that might not have happened if more people came, so I was happy with the turn out.

It's more like 3 weeks if the dates I've seen were right. Phx is usually over the last weekend in March/first weekend in April. Doing a Vegas show the 3,5, 7th,whatever the date was is just asking for even lower attendance.

Phoenix Forum is not Cybernet Expo, and AVN won't be putting it out of business because they've got more money to spend, lol...
