But only do it if it can make some money.

Seems to be what anyone who is anyone is concerned about these days. Making a few bucks in the process would bascially be the only point in doing something like that.

The booth cost the date and AVN oh and the stupid unions who charge a fortune to set up a booth that you could do yourself in less than an hour( without damaging it !)

I needed a dolly to move two boxes about 100 feet. They were a little too heavy to carry, so I asked to borrow a dolly, the lady told me 100 bucks. I said I only need it for about 3 minutes and she said sorry, 100.00.

That is just INSANE.

date, price, content. basically, they should want people to show up for the convention instead of the parties.

its pointless now. better off having all the party hosts pick a date and have people fly in for them. people only buy the passes now to write off the trip

When I first started it was all about walking the new guys on how things worked. I can remember so many that I have walked thru that now are living pretty well. I really enjoyed that. As you know, it's always been the webmasters that make the company what it is, not just the company.

I remember one guy telling me he made his first 25 cents from us. Everyone else was laughing at him. Well it ended up he stuck to it and now lives in a nice lake house living a good life.

I can go on with a lot of those stories.

I really like working with newbies that's why I mentioned this.

Get AVN to have the shows on dates that dont overlap with other shows! This year thats exactly what happened and sucked! People didnt know which show to attend...
