Yes but anyone that knows anything is the page is it being misstyped from just got on CNN and a bunch of other publicty. Traffic for MDH the original page will fall, as will all of the miss types. I am not bashing this name, I like it, but it is not worth $800, maybe $400 - 500 at best. Good luck to buyer and seller.

well with hundreds of thousands of visitors daily, most of which just briefly heard of the site on the news etc, it's almost certain that some people will forget the entire URL and just type in parts that they remember, thinking that was the correct URL...

Don't forget MDHP isn't recieving 10,000 hits per day or something - they're peaking at millions of uniques a day at times.

No agreement was reached...you made a bid in an auction style sale, you were informed you were the high bidder, you knew when the auction was going to end...how is that not an agreement?

by bidding on something you agree to pay that ammount if you are infact the highest bidder...
