      Someone's database needs to be seperated from the NATS server, more RAM, or a tuneup.

          NATS should have a feature that sends an email to a support address when problems like this happen.

                      Thanks for the heads up. We had to do a badly needed upgrade on our servers. All is fixed now sorry for any downtime.

                                  Oh yeah, one more thing about support. Im the one that provides it whoever needs it... (technical wise) and u had me do it, cuz really, u couldn't do it urself. But i have to admit, u do well in SEO's (learing that as i am going, since i was doing RSS) stick with what u do best and leave the rest for the others.
