I think you have the makings of a good site, with the content and the genuine reality theme..... but it's let down by some really basic shit...
1) Too many traffic leaks....
2) Image file size of some of the girl previews is much too big... 224k for a 120x100 image?!??
3) Join text... just doesn't stand out.. the eyes aren't drawn to it at all
4) Design.... it's weak imo, though I feel that it in some way portrays the amateur nature of the site, I think you would do better with a professional design.
In all honesty Deak, I think the site could have potential and a lot of webmasters would promote it, if the things above were taken care of and there was some better promo tools... ie hoested movie and picture galleries with sharp thumbs. And I think the cash you loose from the advertising of other black sites would be neglible compared to the extra income.
