I don't believe in any of that bullshit. There are short term solutions like pumps and stuff, but as for the pills? I don't think they are worth their weight in shit.
Other than plastic surgery, you are stuck with what you have. Increasing blood flow and what not will only make it a little fatter or longer... but that doesn't last.
You could always try tying a 50 pound weight to your mushroom cap and walking around for a month or 7. That might work
