Just a suggestion.. while you figure out exactly what you want to do, try putting up one of the matrix style pages for the
CE Mags on your 404 page. I use variations of those on my own 404 pages and they've always done well for me
Usually I'll put a few PPS links towards the top of the page and then move on to the mags down lower as they make folks money with even the cheapest of traffic in most cases
