People should not fuck with the internet or do anything thats hurts our business in the long run or else they should pay the price. Im not involving any names but there are some major players in the online DVD business that are very upset at GIRLS GONE WILD and have been for some time now. There is talk of a lawsuit being filed not from us but other companies. Why? There are millions of customers that got screwed over by the girls gone wild subscription scam and who knows how many friends they influenced to be scared of online purchasing or DVD purchasing period.
In a customer survey given out to current customers and surfers the number one reason most customers almost did not buy from us or didn't even buy from us at all is because they were scared of getting re-billed for other DVDs they did not want. When these people were e-mailed back over 85% of them said their fears have something to do with a Girls Gone WIld experience.
So GGW made millions of dollars by running a very sneaky re-bill program at the expense of EVERYONE else. There are probably a million plus people that will never shop at circuit City, Best Buy, Amazon, my site, your site etc...
These were obviously all people willing to spend a little money. So assuming they would all spend $300 average each year on the net that could be over $300,000,000 dollars that business' like yours and mine are loosing out on because of them, right? If you don't believe me ask your customers!!!
