2257? give me a break. you guys must not deal in the celeb side of things much. for the first 5 years i did only celeb sites. none of them are legal. mrskin is now, but wasn't when it started. tcg is as well but they are just a 'review' site and from what i hear don't actually contain any content (i could be wrong, never actually joined them). but all the rest are violating copyright laws. however i think celeb sites should stick to real stuff, not using porn content and claiming its a celebrity. post celebrity nipple shots, sex scenes from movies, etc but not content that someone is selling.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

Why is everyone here so interested in if he got 2257 docs or whatnot? Dealing with celeb content few sites realy have docs for it. And usualy one get a Cease and Decist letter before any lawsuit can be made. And if the content is removed, then few cases go to court.
We are all in the buisness of making money here, and celeb sites are one of the easiest genres to get SE traffic from.
Even if he doesn't own the rights to the celeb content he is well aware of the risk of using it. And if he's willing to take the risk of getting sued from all over, then who are we to judge him for it?
It doesn't mean we can't make money on it. If theese celebrities are stupid enough to make theese sextapes, i say they deserve what's comming to them.
If this tape turns out to be real, i'm glad alot of you have ethical questions about pushing it. Means there will be more money for us..

Maybe if you people actually read this thread instead of JUST reading all the bullshit Brother Buttfuck or whatever put into my mouth, then you?d understand I was NOT aware that was a porn video being passed off as a celebrity sex tape. I removed it when I was made aware. A small clip of that guy?s full video is going around marked as the tape. I did not take his video and cut it up personally.
And the full video was not in the member?s area? a clip a little over a minute long was. (I?m assuming it?s promo content that a surfer came across, saw that it looked like her and marked it as her sex tape. People believed it; it started spreading around the net. ? I?m not 100% sure on this, but it?s my best guess.) I removed it when I was made aware. I can do no more. If he wants to take further action, it?s his decision. I?ve already stated this.
