Attendance way down at Internext?

This is what I am hearing from a lot of people.
Normally I'd be there but I got a horrible flu the night before I was supposed to fly out with FB. So we both stayed home sick.

First January show I have ever missed.

Anyone go to the Jungle Bash last night?

how do people know there is less attendance if they are not here ?
We are doing great business, with The launching of The FUBAR Times magazine.Checkout the centrefold featuring Taylor Little and Jordan Capri of Lightspeed Cash, who are also on site (booth 301) to sign autographs

The Jungle bash was as Great as ever, better infact, with the door hassles kept to a minimum.It was crowded same as last year, if that is an indication of the number of attendees, I dont think we have too much to worry about. Yes also the date for the show next year has been changed to the early part MARCH to be held at the Mandalay Bay

I've already heard from several people including my own boss who is at the show that it is horrible. Another thread where people are demanding their money back and wanting to cancel hotel rooms and send their people back.

I purposely didnt want to go this year feeling it was going to have a a lack of focus and got criticized for my feelings - I am slowly wishing I was wrong as I get feedback on how much was lost over Internext

Maybe less players, but probably the fact that a lot of those people didn't want to do this for the rest of their lives, and moved on to something better..

Same here i'm only getting like 25% of the daily spam i get. Hope it'll never return to normal again.

WE passed on Internext Vegas too

Hi Everyone,

The Internext VEGAS show last year cost us almost $20,000 with almost no ROI to speak of, but the FLORIDA shows cost us less (even though we bring more reps) and the ROI is considerably higher, so I'm happy to sit this one out. Besides, we always do great business at the smaller shows such as Webmaster Access West and Especially Qwebec Expo.

Even though I'm not at Internext Vegas this year, I don't FEEL like we are missing out on anything but I KNOW that we are (Have fun JFK!).
