Great read, and its easy to fix, for 404 identify the error so people can communicate with you then have plugs on/down/right/wherever, review site plugs are good and rotation, mini pics of the day, or just links to other sites. We can set something up for you custom. Let me know :D

You absolutely have to take advantage of your 404 traffic! You can redirect it anywhere you like, so it's a one-way-ticket to send your surfer to any program of your choice. Or, you can build a custom page that shows whatever advertisements you like to them.

Don?t be fooled with these other companies that have massive pop ups and no actual reviews. We also don?t require you to send any amount of traffic to lower the skim ratio.
As a surfer why would you purchase from pop up hell as apposed to a site that offers actual reviews? As a surfer which one would you bookmark and possibly buy from again?
You pick the companies you wish to do business with and send traffic. Our default ratio is 10% of outgoing clicks and I?m always working out business deals to lower that rate.

Just a suggestion.. while you figure out exactly what you want to do, try putting up one of the matrix style pages for the CE Mags on your 404 page. I use variations of those on my own 404 pages and they've always done well for me
Usually I'll put a few PPS links towards the top of the page and then move on to the mags down lower as they make folks money with even the cheapest of traffic in most cases
