WOW. I read this thread about an hour ago and have since then been checking a lot of my ccbill sponsors and the very first one I checked is definitely shaving.
Asian Amateur Cash is shaving from the supposed 50% down to 44%...pics to prove.

The processing fee has nothing to do with the percentage which is listed in the system. It is automatically taken from sales generated by affiliates. Since it's listed at 44% now it will be taken down to 29% take home for the affiliate.Originally posted by Corona

proc fee is NOT automatic with CCBill. program owner has to decide if he's gonna pay the processing fee himself or pass onto affiliate also the processing fee is a split when he passes on so if the the total proc fee is 15% affiliates pay 7.5% off it. Though there are no guarantees that you can't get shaved regardless of what setup the program uses, at least with CCbill you allways can detect the cheating, with cascading scripts you have no way of knowing and will have to rely on faith in the program.
Just look at the example posted, how would you ever detect that you where being shaved of your rebills after 1, 2 or more rebills if your sponsor uses a cascading script and you have no access to the prosessor settings ?
With CCbill on the other hand, you can log in and check it right there in your stats area.
So, you not liking CCbill, that's fair enough.. But not promoting CCbill sites due to Fraud or shaving that's Bulls*beep*t as it would be 10 times easier/less risky shaving your ass through a script, than it would through CCbill
With that said, I'm wondering why nobody is suing sponsors caught cheating.. This IS fraud and they ARE stealing the money you earned.. in any other case where people where caught stealing money from you wouldn't you eigther kick their ass or call the police ? Then why not do so when you catch somone shaving ??Comment

The 99 rebills is not a problem, actually I think that it´s the max you can set at CCbill... anyway, that´s more than 8 years... Nobody has a membership for 8 years...

It says, "Receive Webmaster Emails:" I always thought that setting was for emails from the webmaster (like newsletters, promotions, etc.) not system emails from ccbill. A couple of things to note here... CCBill's contract is with the site owner, not the affiliate. Their legal obligations extend to the site owner and that's it.
Are all of these programs using CCBill to cut checks? If they are using a cascading system I don't think the CCBill settings make any difference to the payouts...Comment

Ok here's what I've found out so far.
I just got off the phone with CCBill and the guy I talked to said that when a programs details says Zero, it means they have rebills turned off on their end and that they don't offer rebills.

Oh, one of my fellow webmasters contacted Ron Harris, and this is what he had to say.
Which to me is a very good explanation, so if you're promoting Ron Harris, please continue to do so."At first I was incensed that someone would accuse me of cheating them. So I called CCBill to discuss the problem with them, because the screen that the affiliates see is very different from the one that I use to setup the accounts.
In examine my entire program we did find a mistake on all the affiliates that were set for 65%. payout, I had made a new sub group named 65% and I had set it up incorrectly. It was set for NO rebills. There are only 12 affiliates in this group. Thankfully you and Coolio are not in this group. I checked all the groups and the default setup and all 1,790 affiliates ARE getting there correct rebills, FOREVER. FOREVER is defined by CCBill as 99 rebills. It is not possible to change this number.
As you know I pride myself on my honesty and integrity. This is the first mistake that I have made in the 10 years that I have been in this business. And that is what it was an honest mistake. If you have setup an affiliate account in the CCBill affiliate setup page, it would be easy for you to see how this could happen.
I will examine each of the 12 affiliates in this group and personally send them a check for what that have not been paid. I will base the amount on the average percentage of rebills for all affiliates. I have also changed this group to YES and they will be getting all there rebills from today on."
