Am I better off hiring an experienced person or a total newbie?

my 2cents is hire from the industry - you wont have so much trouble during the training period and your not going to face the - "I have ethical and moral problems doing this" shit then have to hire someone else a few weeks later.

well depends what you mean a n00b if you mean someone who may not have all the paperwork behind how much they know who cares, i meet people everyday who were dropouts that do better work then the ones who finished school lol so i say go with the n00b!

Don't worry about your ideas. Taking chances is part of being successful. And to tell the truth most times people doesn't belive in more than there own ideas.

Best idea is a flat rate + a percent. No one is going to do this type of work on a pure commission basis I don't think. I mean why not just do it for themself then and keep the whole pie?
