id sell off 10% blocks at 20k each... that equals what 49% would cost someone ( 100k ) but to be honest, i dont want any more than 2 partners max.
partners can be a nightmare or you can get lucky and get a great one... I try not to open up myself to that kind of problem as much as possible...
