I meant when it was ripped .... from your hard drive.
If you have sound, then it is in the rendering process that there is a bug.
If you have no sound, then it is in the ripping stage that the problem is.
If so, DvdShrink is good, but
http://www.dvdfab.com/dvd-fab-platinum.htm has removal of alot of protection, that could be an issue here.
