they might not use much CPU however disk IO is a bitch when you have that many req/s. I wouldn't stick sata drives in a box doing 100+Mbps _or_ stick in some cache servers for images with squid + ram.
like others say. You have your basic concept of a package, its the bells/whistles and how it looks/functions/scalability that changes the end price.
You should really give a email or a method to contact so everyone can submit proposals. This isn't a simple x y z box here you go deal. Lots of different variables to be thought about.
