It's common sense. Anyone who openly knows someone has ripped someone off and says "they did not rip me off so they are all good to me" is a fucking idiot to say the least.
Brad has openly said these exact facts:
That you in fact did rip him off
That you got caught and begged him to forgive you
That you offered to buy him a camera as a payoff for the money
That you did steal
That he gave you a second chance, but you went behind his back and blamed him for what happened on him being a drunk.
