I bough on futureshop.ca ( owned by Best Buy) a flas memory for a total of 46.oo To this day, I haven't received it , tough it shows as shipped ... I don't receive it, and the seller doesn't make good, you're damn sure I will charge back...
T-Mobile was charging me wi-fi access after I left Florida .. and continued doing so for months while I was in Canada ( they adon't offer service here ). No credit???

I think the bigger issue against surfers is how many MONTHS they should be able to charge back. You should also be able to dispute the chargeback with login files from the server. Unfortunately with porn, the phone call comes in, dude wants credit for 6 months of charges when he's been hitting the site twice a day and bingo - chargeback.Comment
