Thats right. THATS the point. He was DOWN ON THE GROUND under COMPLETE control of the officers, and THEN they decide to torture him.
THATS whats wrong with this. Not that the guy was a whack job, or that he wasn't invited, or that he was a dick. That makes NO difference.
