It's all dependant on many variables such as traffic volume, traffic quality, NICHE TARGETTING, presentation & sales text, promo method, GEO because let's face it, if your traffic is from non billable countries, forget it..,, source of traffic, your other outbound links, etc, etc, etc..

Your surfers who could of bought a membership were sent away to myfreepaysite.com via AVNAds for a measly .01.. think about that!!!!
Here's another example, CHOICE!! How many choices are you giving your visitors?? Too Many? Not Enough?
