When I was a waitress, I took my job very seriously and always gave the best customer service possible. As such, I usually made more money than the girls who showed lots more t-n-a but weren't as prompt or attentive.
Whenever I got tipped really well, I always took it to be a comment on my service, not as a back door into my pants. As such, I NEVER fucked any of my big tippers.
If you want to use that method and guarantee better results, why not just hire a cheap escort, take her to the bar, and make her go get your drinks all night. Then, when you're ready for action, give her the hundred and book it to the nearest hotel room.
