      For me here in Vegas, the page wont load. But when I type it in my browser it loads fine.

      Its accepting noref hits, but refered hits (at least of me here in Vegas) is not working.

      And ive tried this from other sites as well. Not just mine. Call Kelly, Tommy's Bookmarks and others that link to madthumbs.. Same result.

                                                              Yeah strange. His site doesnt load when traffic comes in from a referer or link..... But noref traffic, ie: when you type in your browser it loads fine...

You should say those are virtual accounts and it doesn't specify how many IPs you get. Some of us care more about that then we do number of "domains".
