Downloading WoW again

Sometimes I just don't understand myself... why do I do these foolish things that end up costing me way too much time?

On another note... anyone here playing on one of the Euro realms?

don't do it! it's not worth it. pick up playing an instrument or do something that is useful in your life. WoW is a huge waste of time.

Ah cool, I'm on Deathwing now as draenei priest. Nice realm, only horde has one hardcore guild. The rest suck ass PvE-wise so it's easy to keep up

Just do what I do...

Pay for an account, but give it out to a friend of yours who has less of a life, and will get addicted. Sit back and enjoy life while he collects phat lewts. Then you just boot him off when you want and play on your shiny, geared out level 70 toons whever ever you feel like it.

I got hooked up again last week after a 3 month hiatus to enjoy the summer

WoW doesn't have to dominate your life, just like any other hobby you can fit it in and have fun with it

I have a few chars on Lightbringer and just switched my lvl 70 druid over to Azuremyst

I'm still playing. I've always been able to control the amount of time I put into it and not go too overboard.

Still on Dalaran server, but back on Alliance side now since my Horde guild pretty much crumbled right now.

lol yeah, cept then you piss off the people you group with cos you have ZERO idea how to actually play your character and class (I've seen this happen many times in game, and it is incredibly annoying to be in a level 70 group with someone who's also level 70 but playing like a n00b)

I've been playing all summer - Have 4 toons on the Ner'zhul server - My main is a 44 orc warrior. Our guild (all in adult hehe) is "Filthy Whored" so if your on that server and see one of us say hi

While wow is fun and all, it is a dangerous time drain. Especially for people like us whose incomes rely solely on the amount of time we put into our work. If I was to sum up the amount of money I lost while being addicted to it, I would probably end up with a solid 7 figure amount.

No more of that. Now it's my health I'm trying to increase stats on, it's my business I am working on leveling.

Yea, but I just pvp on those toons anyways so that doesnt really happen. Dont much care for PVE, scripted raid encounters, or standing around waiting for a couple hours for people to get situated and organized for a raid.

Raiding and instances and PVE questing in general is just a chore for me. Just like the WoW PVP, mostly, though lately its pissing me off.

Create a twink char

lvl 19 pvp is huge fun, because it's much faster than lvl 70 pvp. I used to have the strongest Horde twink on my server... it was loads of fun to demolish entire Alliance twink teams

In my best WSG game, it was me and 9 non-twinks against an entire Alliance twink team. It took us almost two hours to win that game, with me at around 150 kills - twice as much as the next guy

(aww fuck - now I'm bragging about my past gaming feats... it doesn't get much lamer than that )
