I have less than 1% of my affiliates ask questions, let alone for something special or stupid. I don?t mind, only takes a second to give them an answer.

Taking care of affiliates is just like anything else...you can apply the 80/20 rule: 80% of your affiliate service requests will come from 20% of your guys.

The bottom line is we are here for the affiliates, and at RevShare, we love all our affiliates!!

i don't think that juicy really means to degrade anyone. he isn't used to dealing with people and the questions that they pose. it can be frustrating if you aren't used to it. i'm laughing at texas dreams statement because it is humorous. if i can't laugh at myself first and something someone else says secondly, then this isn't gfy anymore. its not that serious man, juicy is just venting. thts my take and perspective on it anyhow. i am not a normal person though.

That may be true, but when people that run (OR POST FOR) an affiliate program start joining in on the action, it just looks bad. There is really no other angle to look at it when you are not a program owner (OR POSTER).

nah, i am not taking it that way. i know what you meant. no one really knows what i own. i don't make stuff like that public. i own. will isay what, not here. i am also an affiliate for several programs that won't be named and i know what shitty support is like. lucky for me, i have a great support and customer service girl that kicks ass. that 80-20 thing is true. at least 80% of what she deals with is affils that send no sales or maybe one or two a month. they get the same treatment as my guys that send 100's of joins a month. i don't think you fucked up the thread. you have a right to say whats on your mind. i thought it was funny to watch juicy crack. lets people know that its not such an easy job like everyone thinks. we're all good bro. one thing that people need to remember and i tell our support everyday. todays noob that sends 1 join a month is tomorrows whale that sends 20 joins a day. i asked my fair share of stupid questions of people back in the day.

I have a decade of retail and customer service long before I started doing affiliate support. Plus been typing on computers since BBS days, so it's not too much of a chore for me to hang out and talk with an affiliate for half of the day. Just so long as I'm not neglecting others.
Basically, if it's what you do, then it's what you do. If you're main job is something else and you try to jump on support, then you might have troubles I guess. And yeah, patience is always a good thing to have a bunch of.
