All do.
Who are you using. I cant think of one of mine that didnt have the option to add over 2 nameservers.
I only use two but most all had more fields to enter.
I think only idotz.net allowed only two.

I think there are quite a few that have a lock of two/three.

I'd recommend changing registrar or contacting the support

namecheap offers 5

registerfly and godaddy seem to only offer 2! (I hope I am wrong)

I have never seen 2 DNS servers go down at the same time on any of my sites, actually only time I had a DNS go down was when I tried to fiddle with some non standard commands.

Sorry Registerfly has 6 fields for DNS servers.

Login, select the domain you want to modify, scroll down and click Change DNS (Name Servers).

Change registrar. every decent registrar will let you add more than 2 nameservers.
