Lee, you ordered on 2005-12-28 20:30:13. It was ordered after my 6pm cutoff time so in all actuality, it would be considered a Thursday the 29th order.
My office was closed on Friday because of New Years and Closed yesterday because of the same. The packages are shipping today which would mean that I turned them around in 2 business days (even counting the days we were closed) as advertised.
YOU put in the wrong shipping information. We didn't fuck up one bit. You should have just had them shipped directly to your hotel like everyone else did.
I will fight the chargebacks and I will win. I hope you don't consider it good business to chargeback shit when it was you that fucked up. I feel like buying a shitload of gay content from you on my Amex....good luck fighting that chargeback.
