FF, because I like the ability to add the useful plug ins.
I don't like the way that IE implemented the tabbed browsing. If you try to middle click home, or other buttons outside of the main browsing window, it won't work like it does in FF. -

I use seamonkey because it is firefox but with a html editor and mail all in 1 program, I think it is great. I dunno why other webmasters don't use it. Anyone else?

IE but i find most webmasters choose Fire Fox. I dont like the way it loads (mainly the way images appear while its loading). I have OCD and that fucks me up. Shame because it seems like the better browser

100% FireFox! Internet Explorer is a plague on this Internet land. Most people use IE because it's the default browser on their PC (I use a Mac, but that's another discussion) and aren't aware that other browsers even exist.
Let's not even get into Web Standards compliant browsers and the importance of standards.
Oh yeah the plug ins/add ons are incredible as well, especially the Web Developer Toolbar and SEOpen Toolbar.
