Say you happened to pick up a domain (.com) that became available that is the same as a .net that a small to mid sized company is using.
What do you think a reasonable asking price would be to approach them cold with? They use the .net for all their contact emails and site (and have for over 5 years), so it makes sense to me that they would want to own the .com as well.
What is the best way to sell to a mainstream company, should I just list on godaddy and point them there and save any hassles? Is the godaddy escrow service easy to use and fair priced?
