Seriously - agree. Some of these "adventures" cost many innocent people their lives and others are still suffering the effects of torture and other injuries.
There are still people being murdered today by SOA-trained thugs - particularly women, - they are usually found with plastic bags over their heads. Others are cut up and limbs dumped in trash bins.
The fact that SOA still exists today (tho renamed out of embarassment) is a damning indictment for any supposedly civilized nation.
Sure taxes have supported terrorism and a far worse track record than any of the popular "terrorist" orgs. Seriously sad shit
