buy a bottle of southern comfort..
get a coffee cup
fill it 1/4 way full with comfort... and fill it up with HOT water .. after that add a little
Honey ( natural antibiotics ) to sweeten it.. drink 2 cups and go to bed.. you will feel better tomorrow I bet!

In Mexico I stayed in a small village where traditional remedies are common, and my good friend's advice was always a spoonful of honey with lime juice.

Everyone had advice though. Some said hot liquids were bad while others said cold liquids were bad. Some said lime juice and garlic, others honey with lime.

The honey coats your throat though so I found that it works best.

First off. Over does your body with vitamin C. During waking hours, eat starlite mints. They work wonders.

Then before bed, gargle salt water, and drink some hot tea with plenty of honey.

I use the salted water morning and night or more often if the sore throat is really bad; I also buy fresh roots of ginger that I chop and throw in boiling water along with a squeaze of lemon and you can add some honey if you dont like the taste. Works for me!

Pour a good amount of black pepper in a shot glass, fill the shot glass with Jack Daniels (always works best for me) or another whiskey. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Sip it down and feel the burn.
