Just as in video, you would use a D-slr with a higher Mega Pixel rating.. For example the nikon's D200 or D80 .. with a Optical stabilizer lens .. this will give more defention to the image and in turn give a feeling of High def. Even those webusers only see a 72 dpi image. the compressed image will have more info in it because the original image was in 10 or higher Mega pixels
compare an Image from a D100 to that of a D200 with a better lens and you
ll see exactly what I mean
