I have never heard of him but he might be desperate for the money though there's a lot online who are and if you aren't and have lost some dough i would let it go and give the benefit of the doubt he might be ok as a person despite this then again maybe not!
I use to get a lot of people claiming to be from country's like china going on about how rich the usa is us rich rich man and stuff and trying to get me to go in with them selling garments on ebay.But i can sympathise with someone having no money after all its no joke to end up homeless!
