yeah, that is our country... once they even arrested one drunk guy on the street for doing exectly the same thing (he was singing some dirty songs about president)
Anyway, there is written that he can go to prison for 3 years for that ..but personally I think that that he will get 2 or 3 months suspended sentence (because he wasn't sentenced before) or he will have to pay some fine
