k just read up on it
but well yeah.. if they got caught doing something criminal, sure why not

thought it would be for omething else less serious, but this.. well they got to prove themself innocent if they had nothign to do with it. Yes I am a Ferrari fan, but would I want them to be thrown out cause of this.. nope. Rather have Team McLaren in till the end.

He will still win it this season (well, him or Alonso). He didn't lose his points. Only the constructors championship has been affected.

McLaren have been fined $100,000,000 aswell...

Your info is wrong......

McLaren has not been excluded, they can still drive but they won't get any points for the constructors championship and lost all points that they had so far.

Hamilton and Alonso keep their points and can continue driving in the McLaren cars to compeed for the drivers championship.

Also the team has to pay a $100mill. fine.

Knowing McLaren they will still finish the championship and keep driving although without points for the constructor. They make enough from TV and sponsor money anyway.

Actually, the biggest issue for McLaren will be that thier 2008 car will be subject to some very serious inspections, to make sure that Ferrari's information wasn't used to develop the new car. They could find themselves in a serious hole because development of the next car should be pretty far along already.

They cheated. They got caught. 100 million is a bunch of money but is a drop in the F1 bucket.

Actually it was breaking news on some of the motorsports websites that McLaren had been kicked out only for the story to be retracted later so you weren't the only one!
