    Double opt in maillist traffic

Last year I'm thinking about building my own double opt-in maillist. Sending 1 newsletter / week. I've tons of traffic so I can collect nice double opt in
database in short time. I did this in mainstream and when doing this in legit way it works pretty nice...

But, are there any sponsors that accept this sort of traffic? Eventually accept it after proofing that all emails are double opt in, etc.?

Who here do double opt in mailling on regular basis?

What is risky? If You have double opt in, save logs of IP's when and from where mails were proofed, legit domain with non fake whois.

well I see mail collection box on every paysite.

as long as you got the info using real domain and such youll be fine. You will get the one or two asswipes that will bitch they never opted in.... but youll do well with it.

Did these people really "opt" in to have their emails sold and spammed to death by every spammer you sell this list to? or every product you try to sell?

My guess would be the answer is NO.

A double opt-in mailing list is generally 'compliant' and marketing through it will boost your revenue, as long as your emails don't get blacklisted by users who are too lazy to unsubscribe or over-eager filters set up by ISPs. If this does happen, contact me through my sig info and we can get your emails back into the inbox.

i would suggest emailing (in your newsletters) links to your sites, which have links to the sponsors on ... instead of linking from the email to sponsors... once they hit your site... traffic is traffic and it doesnt matter how they got there.

be aware tho.. if they suspect you of spam.. you domain will be blamed.
                              I dont need a sig.

sure I will promote only sponsors that will agree with this form of traffic.
