the main thing to do is a bit of prep work. make some rice, pasta and potatoes and keep them in the refrigerator ready to use. I usually stir fry with rice or pasta, veggies and a bit of the meat of choice. use a splash of olive oil. keep some good cheese around to grate onto what ever you cook, a hard cheese like parmasin or asagi (spelling?)
