If properly raised and educated they will have no problem dealing with it. People have this inane feeling that all things worldly must be hidden from children well sorry to burst those peoples bubbles but this is a harsh world and every animal must be able to deal with it as soon as possible, not be sheltered and weak until it smacks them in the face too hard at an older age.
