              hmm , what was its purpose again ?

              It didnt seem to carry any more than a motorcycle .

              It might be a fun toy, but it would not work offroad , and onroad it would be very "dizzying" i would think , without the ability to rotate the front tire , means any correction in steering would involve leaning. ( unlike a conventional cycle that involves both leaning and front wheel rotation )

                  That's what I thought. Just another toy that most people won't ever have.
