What is "Rosh Hashana" (I am guessing not a Bollywood star or Jamaican Rastfarian Priest) and what does "Shana Tova" mean (if not happy Rosh Hashana) ?

Saves me valuable Google time asking here.

rosh hashana means the head of the year and shana tova means "happy new year"
