Of course they CAN catch him if only they were willing to try. They just don't have the political will to do what is necessary. I am not a conspiracy theorist, but the incompetence and corruption of this administration is mind boggling. This is as bad as letting Hitler escape after WW2. Yet people still re-voted George Bush into office for a second term instead of criticizing him for not catching Bin Laden like he promised. It's a disgrace and shows that the U.S. is an impotent giant and is in decline.
