You took them off the last time so I didn't proceed with litigation. My lawyer is fully aware of this and has drafted paperwork for a law suit of which now I will proceed on Monday morning. Having investigated the circumstances we are NOW prepared to file suit against you, your company and internet provider of which we have all the info that's needed to do so. You've got a lot of nerve I admit, but now it's going to cost you and it will be a sizable amount. I have now got all of the information needed to sue including e-mails that prove I've tried to work with you on this and you have completely ignore my demands. Do you realize that these are copyrighted images or do you feel that these are yours to do what you want with them. Be prepared to settle or meet me in court. At this time there is no option (I've given you that), other than settlement for damages or battle this out in court of which it will cost you far more. One or the other at this point. This e-mail will be forwarded to my lawyer for immediate action Monday morning. You've ignored these demands too many times and now you have officially violated copyright laws and damages will be assessed and forwarded to you.
