i dont think they really care.. i let them know about a site selling stolen adult.com usernames/passwords in return for buying Bangb subscriptions and they didnt respond to numerous requests

I believe he was meant it in a sarcastic fashion in the sense that what we all do is sell passwords to their sites... via referrals.

I can't say I agree with that. I contacted Jordan about an affiliate that paid surfers to sign up for their sites under his ref code and he terminated the account right away.

3. A password trader site has hacked your password

If your username/password has been compromised email or call customer service to pick a new username/password that is not easily able to hack. Please have your subscription and/or transaction number ready that you received when you joined.

oh they do i'm sure of it.. doesnt really help the problem of them being sold though.. or of them being traded.

If i sell a membership to SURFER#1, and it gets stolen and the account is canned the next day i doubt i will get a cut from that ..

I agree it doesn't help when they are traded because it's a pain in the ass to re issue a new user/pass, unless you have that part auto scripted as well like we do. Doesn't look like they do though.

Hmmm... so this dude is going to make buy a membership... or crack them???

If he is cracking them specifically for the buyer, the password trading script is worthless since only the legit user and the buyer will be using the password... Since everyone sets the script to work with AOL users, 3 IP's in 5 minutes, the two IP's used during the month won't cancel the password.

If he is buying them, then he is also cancelling them... so he is breaking that TOS as an affiliate...

Also if he is buying them, with who's card? A stolen one?

back in the day CEN / trafficcashgold would fund the biggest password sites. In exchange the password sites wouldn't post passes to CEN sites.

It was a big thing back then and they kept denying it... but.. they were full of shit. Cen backed the password sites.
