    Did anyone ever get their $$$ from globill?

    If I remember correctly they moved offshore, then several months later went out of business. Because they were offshore it was virtually impossible to take them to court. There was some sort of cents in the dollar offer that made some vague promises about future payments in return for waiving some rights or claims.

    ... this is going on memory so I'm probably a bit fuzzy ...

    So, did anyone ever get anything further from them?

      I know a few programs did though that is all I can say without opening a hornets nest, which I sure in the hell am not going to do.

                              I got many letters from their attorneys about the asset sale. They had like 6 computers and a desk ( must have been a huge desk to seat all their staff ??? ). They talked about 10 cents on the $ and as they owed me less than $100,000 i was behind the staff and banks in the queue to get paid. Needless to say i got fuck all...

                                  When was the last correspondence you received? I don't recall ever receiving anything, although the amount I was owed was relatively small (something like a $150 bounced cheque)

                                      We got nothing - I think they might have owed us about $4k - and I don't think we've had any correspondence from them in over two years. AFAIK the last letter we got was something like the one Jimmy got.
