Considering that GFY is forever killing the gerbils with way too many bots and screwups, the last thing they need is extra threads giving the bots reasons to bang at the boards.
IMHO, sponsors should get MAYBE one contest thread a year, and after 7 days or 5000 posts it should be locked and done with.
Perhaps a section for "would you hit it" threads as well would be nice.
