    Fake Boobs DONT LOOK GOOD!

    I have never seen a good looking surgery, and I can detect them right away. I dont understand why anyone would want to get them, it makes you look UGLIER than before. The scar, the weird boob shape, the too high nipples, the hole between them... etc etc It look like a horror show once you remove the top. Plus they don't feel natural, how gross to play with a bunch of plastic under your skin! Ugh!

    Girls with flat chest can look super hot with the right clothes : they can wear deep V necks, and also, they can work out their butt if everything else fails. There will always be men who prefer smaller chests too.

        It's a good show. My wife always watches it. They are always doing boob jobs and labia work. One girl who was 18 had a fat vagina pad so the doctor did liposuction on it. It looked really fat. The after results looked cool but you couldn't really see anything. I'd love to see what it looks like but the damn censors block everything. You could record the episodes and I'll buy them from you on your sites.

            That's the way i see it, with all these chicks wanting implants now.

                    I agree... fake tits look nasty and scream insecurity. Small and natural is better than fake, fake tits aren't even tits at all.... they're plastic, may as well be a "real doll".
