Teen Site wants hard link trade

I'm looking to add hardlinks to other Teen sites (NO TGP), your site must look good and also be friendly to your visitors (no trashy javascript, popups, etc). My site traffic is growing exponentially so I want some hardlink partners. The hardlinks will show up under my "Our Sweet Teens" section on the left bar and will be indexed by the search engines before the middle content, and the right bar, so is a fairly lucrative spot. Check it out for yourself.
You can also submit your galleries here, no reciprocal link needed and those are fairly permanent too. I do that more of a service to the adult webmaster community. Anyways if your interested drop me a line in the contact section on my front page or post here.
Also your site has to be a top level domain. None of this subdomain stuff. All who help me I'll do my best to help them back. Any suggestions? What do you think of the galleries layout and stuff? Constructive "INTELLIGENT" critique only requested, none of this mindless "It sucks" crap. That really doesn't do anything for me. Any hints/tips would be nice too.
